Get coffee and donuts pretty regularly from here. Always impressed at how quickly they keep the drive-thru line moving and have never had a mistake made on any of my orders. Great place!

I stopped in to grab a quick bite as I was in between running errands and wanted an egg sandwich. My first time at a Dunkin- waited for 4 minutes before greeted. I then get a burnt croissant. There’s a reason I only go to Caribou. I learned my lesson.

Customer service used to be great but lately service has been slow help not very friendly you are almost a burden to them for showing up at there store.

It's just OK. For a place with "donut" in its name, you would think they'd have a vast selection of different types of donuts, but in reality the selection is very limited. Local grocery store bakery has many more flavors.

So disappointed. I picked up some hopefully special Valentine's donuts. Sadly most were very dry, more like a dayold version. I got different kinds with the same results. 8 donuts out of a dozen went in the garbage.

Cannot hardly make it through the city without a stop at Dunkin. Preordering with the app is very convenient and has it benefits. Earning points with each purchase gets you a free beverage or coffee after meeting the requirements.
