I’m not sure who the women was that was working in there today but, just nasty attitude. She seemed irritated from the bottom of her soul. And though, I understand people go through things. I’m a paying customer to be treated as if I’m a nuisance, is just not good customer service. It’s costs nothing to be nice to your paying customers especially if they’re being kind to you 1st. I’ll drive further to the next Subway next time.

We read the sign on the door and it said we needed masks, so everyone in the party got a mask before we entered. Right as we went in the worker immediately told my little sister to pull her mask above her nose. we literally go to a school where masks aren’t mandatory. The lady working was very very rude. I wish I could rate this place a zero. Also they don’t take coupons.

i always have an issue with the lady working, always rude and the food is sub par with the attitude she gives. ordered a bottle of soda on the app, get there and was told my only option was a fountain (when there are plenty of bottles of soda?) just seems like this lady likes to inconvenience people. but maybe if they didn't work her to death as she's there everyday she'd be kinder

They do NOT accept coupons, and we should've probably left at that...but we didn't, and we ordered. This was a 6 inch, chicken, American cheese and some cucumbers...so disappointing! For full price, I would not be back again.

I have always had problems with this subway in particular. They gave me a problem about using online promos and coupons before. Lady at the front of the store always has an attitude. Just went to pick up and online order and she said that I couldn’t get my food unless I was wearing a mask, given that there was no mandate in PA, this was odd. So I went and grabbed a mask and got my food, but noticed whoever was in the back was just sitting in a chair didn’t have a mask at all. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This is the only Subway in the area we visit. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful and the place is always clean. Some of the other reviews I’ve seen on here have me scratching my head. They don’t like white people? It’s dirty? They’re stingy with toppings? I haven’t experienced ANY of those things. We have always had a good experience there and the sandwiches are so full of vegetables I end up looking like a brontosaurus when I’m eating. So... yeah. Here’s my half-eaten turkey sandwich. You’re welcome.

I never write reviews like this, but I can't believe how rudely the store owner treated me. There was nobody working in the front so I went around back to find someone, in a non-restricted area. The owner personally insulted me and yelled at me to get out of the store. That behavior warrants a one star review in my opinion.

This place is still giving into the narrative of Covid and you cannot enter without a mask. Democrats are already removing mask mandates because they knew if they were wrong but yet this place is still pushing the negative narrative.
