We are new to the area and so thankful Galaxy is just around the corner. The cocktails, beet salad, coffee & chili rubbed steak, and espresso pot de creme were dynamite. The cherry on top was the friendly service and memorable staff. It is clear Galaxy is run by an amazing group of individuals. Cannot wait to go back!

Homey, clever mid-century decor. Great menu for meals and drinks (this summer, get some of that strawberry basil sangria 🧑‍🍳👄). Attentive, warm staff and excellent food. The Bahn Mi Bowl was delicious. Very flavorful tofu with fresh veggies and greens. The fried chicken was perfectly cooked. And do yourself and your party a favor: get some apps. Deviled eggs and sweet potato/poblano fritters were to die for! We will be back to try more. Update: the outdoor seating area is bigger and better than ever. The Mushroom Tacos were so savory and flavorful. Fall menu is coming soon, can't wait. 🤤

We have been going to Galaxy for years, it’s my favorite restaurant in the area by far. The chef is definitely experienced, there is usually a variety of different cultural foods. Food ranges from fried chicken, to kabobs, Asian inspired dishes etc. Tonight I got the fettuccini special with clams bacon and kale, the pasta was made from scratch. The roasted tomatoes made the sauce amazing. My wife got the short ribs which we’ve had a few times. This place always cooks vegetables so perfectly, the green beans were cooked just right and seasoned well. Galaxy does a deviled egg of the day, they are always good and 5$ for two eggs halved, we got a Caesar salad and two drinks. The drinks are always great but by far the best part of the restaurant is the service. We’ve had the same servers for years, you never wait for water, check ins, or anything. The place has a quirky look and is always clean. This is my go to restaurant for my birthday or other special occasions. Highly recommend.

I was worried with their advertised "no substitutions or modifications" that I would have trouble as a vegetarian and my five-year old as a picky eater, but I found them to be pleasantly accommodating (e.g. could remove the soppressata from the flatbread). The food was delicious and filling, if pricey. The service was good. We'll be back.

This place always out performs. Super friendly and helpful staff, top notch food, without the stuffiness of more elegant places. The atmosphere is relaxed. You can either just indulge in small plates or go for a full entree. Food offerings are unique as are the specialty drinks. Always satisfied and happy when I dine here.

Our dinner was excellent! The food is off the chain and has serious flavor game. Everything was well balanced and really distinct to the dish making the meal exciting and delicious. The service was great. Friendly, helpful, welcoming. While the vintage vibe would not be my choice, it is beautifully executed and certainly creates a fun atmosphere.

I've been frequenting Galaxy for the past few years. Everything I've ever eaten was very good! I love the pork & ginger dumplings & the deviled egg of the week! I tend to go for apps so I can fit in a yummy dessert! The last time I went it was a caramel nut tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. So delicious! Drinks are great as well!! I'm so glad this gem made it through COVID. We did a lot of takeout back then!

After hearing such great things about Galaxy I couldn't wait to try it one night. The ambiance was cozy with romantic lighting and the decor made you feel like you were stepping back into time. There's not many places in Western Mass that you can go to and get true craft quality cocktails made with fresh ingredients or a seasonal menu with inspired dishes from around the world encompassing all flavor palettes and that right there is what makes this place an absolute gem in the area! I ordered the Fried Chicken Dinner and the Bahn Mi Noodle Dish and both entrees were packed with flavor. The portions were good size. Everything came out in a timely manner and didn't feel too rushed. The service was great and the bartenders were very friendly. I'll definitely come back the next time I'm in town visiting.

I came in on a Saturday evening around 9:00pm. I was solely looking to have a drink, but at the time of my arrival the bar was full. So I seated myself at a high top and awaited service. What I assume was the hostess, came over and presented water. After that I wait about 15minute and no wait staff came to take my order. So I decided to walk up to the bar myself and order a drink. I went with the make like a tree cocktail. It was finely crafted, the maple and vanilla notes were balanced with the spiciness of the rye. The bartenders here know what they are doing, I just wish the wait staff was a bit more attentive.
