I’ve been ordering from this location for over a year! I use the mobile app to order ahead & never had an issue! My order is always correct and on time. I never have to wait & the staff is always nice.

For some reason the coffee in this particular D&D store in New Rochelle is the best. The taste of the coffee is outstanding . I have been to many different stores and the quality in this store is way above the other ones I have been too.

Service was good the day I was there. The lady at the counter spoke good English. Got my order right, was ready in a timely manner.
Bathroom could use a cleaning, the rest of the restaurant looked clean.

I use the app and order before I arrive, walk in and my food is at the pick up section. Super fast and never had any issues.

Usually do the mobile order thing, bread has always bin fresh. And that is important to me personally. Most other Dunkin’ locations have trouble with this like, the fleetwood/ broad st, Bronx River rd by nereid Ave, one in the Bx on story n wpr, locations horrible stale bread always! But this place it good in that sense to me. So thank you for that.

The staff here is excellent. Everyone is so friendly and though I must be one of hundreds of customers come here a few times a week they know my order before I ask. Above and beyond.

Cleanly kept in a small shopping mall. Ready to miss on the road. Had some parking in the attached parking lot which is a little small. It is a small Dunkin donuts which doesn't have all the stuff available in the larger shops.

Great spot in East Chester not far from the Hutchinson pkwy. Clean Dunkin with plenty of staff on hand. Iced or hot all good, full assortment of breakfast sandwiches and donuts. Plenty of seating and working restrooms. A nice place to sit and enjoy your favorite beverage 👍
