I am visiting for work and found this hotel at a reasonable price. Check in was extremely fast, and I was asked if I wanted a higher or lower floor. I said it didn't matter and I was given a corner room on the top floor. The room is very nice for the price and has all the amenities you would want. I have not made it over to the casino yet, but will certainly recommend the hotel to others.

It's very quiet. Bring your own wheelchair because there's is two sizes too big. It barely fits in the bathroom and does not fit down half of the aisles in the casino, if you have to try and move any of the chairs they're way too heavy to try and get out of the way. The wait staff is spread too thin. We waited for over 40 minutes for some thing to drink because there was no waiter or anyone behind the bar. I had to ask a cleanup crew to get somebody to get something to drink. Overall we had a lot of fun and there were plenty of sanitizing stations and people cleaning up. I do suggest you go!

Very disappointed. The lobby was very deceiving compared to the rest of the hotel. It gave a very good first impression, I will admit. Unfortunately, the the rest of the hotel is very dated. The room was nothing to go home and brag about, let alone recommend. The "accent" chairs in the room were covered in stains. The sheer curtains seemed to be slightly propped open, until you look closer and realize they are almost melted open. Which was weird. Bedding felt like we were sleeping in tissue paper, loud and crinkly. Suggest using less starch and perhaps using some softener. Honestly, it felt like we were at The Overlook Hotel and Danny was going to be riding around on his big wheel.

Do NOT stay in this hotel. The photos online are extremely misleading. The lobby is pristine, looks well kept and clean. Once you get to your rooms however you will be disgusted before you even get there. We stayed on the third floor and there is mold EVERYWHERE. At the wall joints, on the ceiling and around the door jams! Even when you get to your room, there is mold and dust just everywhere. The refrigerator rubber was caked with black and green mold. Dust layered on the lamps, furniture and even the alarm clock! To add insult to injury, they use white bedding which looked like either it had been reused (not washed) or they didn't inspect it before placing it on the bed because there were little spatters of what looked like dried BLOOD on my sheets and pillows! As a person with asthma and allergies to mold, I was horrified by such a lack of even basic care and maintenance. Do NOT stay here.

Just stopped to have a little fun. The dealer at my table offered a lot of advice, evidently also knew the other players and recommended them as mentors. I ended up leaving even. The casino itself seemed clean, the dealers were friendly and overall I had fun.

We come once a month and are going to have to travel to the quad cities I guess. My friends and I play craps and black jack. Unfortunately par-a-dice doesn't care that they have customers wanting to play who can't because they don't even have the tables open on a Saturday night, nor do they have enough tables on property. Sad to see casinos go so electronic. I like something with strategy. Oh and some of us want to play 5 minimum sometimes just to slow down on cold tables. Bigger bets come naturally when we can play and are enjoying the atmosphere. Staff is friendly all around and the food and drinks are good. Just get some more table games.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel in a spa suite. The room was very spacious, excellent view of the river. The rooms are somewhat dated however they are in the process of a remodel. I did not smell mold or mustiness, which is great for an older hotel on the water. The hotel lobby was extremely clean and welcoming. Staff was polite, welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. Our room was clean. The only negative thing about the room itself was the mattress. (The bedding itself wasnt super soft, but that is me being extremely picky). They are remodeling and replacing mattresses. The casino itself is an older style, however we had a great time. The dealers were fun, the min bets were reasonable and we won-also it is completely non-smoking which is a huge plus for me!!! I would recommend the Tin Lizard restaurant. Good food, fun atmosphere and it looks out over the water. The steakhouse has good food but it is a very casual atmosphere compared to some of the steakhouses at other casinos. My husband and I plan to try and visit again in the fall after the remodel is complete! Side note- I read some other reviews that had complaints about the parking...not sure why. The parking here was close, free. Short walk from hotel to casino. They run a shuttle or just drive over.

Room was dirty, towels stiff and threadbare. Rooms don't get cleaned daily for overnight guests. The phone didn't work to call for new towels. Front desk agent rude when asked for more coffee and towels. No one at front desk upon checkout. Lobby smelled terrible. I took pics, I'm not able to upload them. The corners and along the walls of the room had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The chair arms were sticky. Carpet reminded me of the floor of a movie, has to get slippers to walk around.
