The Seared Heifer

Unbelievable food!! We ordered 6 buffalo wings as an appetizer and they were seriously the best wings we have ever had....And we consider ourselves serious foodies! We ordered 6 more of the pineapple express (not officially on the menu yet) and they were even better which seemed impossible. Our burgers were huge and delicious!! The brick oven works magic!! The buns are locally sourced and you can definitely tell!! Fries were like fair fries...so so good! We would say RUN... don't walk to The Seared Heifer!! The staff was great... really friendly and helpful!! And the place was clean with great blues music...couldn't ask for more. :) New favorite place... hands down!!

Place was amazing. I have been waiting for a good burger joint that offer a top quality burger and this is it but they don't just stop there. You have a choice of different flavor wings and appetizers that all offer amazing flavor and variety. Not only is the food amazing but the staff is always friendly and shows a genuine concern about your experience. Family atmosphere meets quality experience!

Really interesting new place. Good food (mostly burgers but not just the standard stuff), super friendly staff, great music (classic blues). 4 stars because they're new and do have some room to improve, the biggest thing is no wine or beer but they are getting their license soon. We'll definitely be back. You should give them a try.

Great food. Seems a little pricey for a burger and fries, but you will not leave hungry. My wife couldn't finish her fries, I barely got them down. And the owner is Luther Alison's nephew so there is great blues music playing the whole time you're there. They are somehow affiliated with cheesenuts pizza, too, who were in the building before them.

Have known mine for a few years now and my kids light up every time they see him.. of course when we found out he had started his own business we were on board to be one of his and his wives biggest fans. We went in and ate on a Sunday and expected a good meal but didn’t expect it to be as amazing as it was. I have never had a burger this good in my life. I have been all over the United States and this is still the best burger and wings I’ve ever had. Hopefully this is a staple around here for many many years to come. I fully believe they can go very very far.
