Burger King

Went there for a quick snack of some mozzarella sticks. Paid and waited only to be served stale sticks. The cheese was so hard like it was cooked and left out for hours. I had to return it and was made to wait another few minutes for some fresh ones. Seems like higher service performance is placed on the drive through that's always packed. Always check your food before leaving.

This is horrible place. They gave wrong item for me. The difference is around $10 so I called them and tried to explain but they yelled at me and avoiding the phone instead of saying simply "sorry". so I had to call them again and again and again since they keep ignoring my phone call and didn't listen. eventually they respond and yelled at me "get a job, you don't have a job? grow up!!! I will report you." I just wanted to listen "sorry" but why do they act like this?? Is threatening, insulting customer their job? I hope burger king train their staff well not to happen this again. They don't even try to listen the customer at all.. yelling and cutting the sentence and do not accept it and insulting and threatening??? unbelievable. With this attitude, how could they make a good food for the customers.

Just left there was the nastiest food I had in a long time, the chicken sandwich was dry that has been sitting all day out on the lightbulb nasty The fish sandwich was even worse like they dropped it picked it up dropped it picked it up and put it back in the oven was so dry and burnt how can I serve this to someone, I did not realize until I got home which was too late and too far to go back and complain give them one star because this is the lowest they can get the post, The milkshake was nasty was nothing but warm milk, please consider not going to this spot or at least before you leave the window check your order I’m sure you won’t be pleased once again nasty nasty nasty!!!!
