Dunkin'

Today 02/24/22, between 2:15 - 2:30. I had the worlds worst experience at this location, I waited over 5 minutes at the ordering booth, had to drive around the place and order, upon ordering I was given the wrong coffee, I waited for the ladies to remake it and this is what I got (mid night roast with mocha no cream) this is extremely disrespectful to any coffee drinker. They kept closing the window in my face while I was trying to explain to them that this was not what I ordered. I know the owners of this place and this would have never been acceptable if she was there. Worst experience I have ever had this shift was horrible.

Sweet staff, but so disorganized 😩 I ordered in advance (mobile for pick up) at 8:31am. It's 8:48am and they hadn't started my order. Also...the egg bites I ordered weren't available, that's on the app for not knowing inventory? Yikes....not for people in a rush to get to work and still have something to eat.

The employees refused me service due to using the bathroom which was fully functional. They had posted a sign saying the bathroom was out of order but it was a lie the bathroom was fully functional. After I had asked to purchase water and they completely ignored me. According to them it is state law to keep the bathrooms closed due to Covid. After I told her that I’m the state of New Jersey there isn’t such law she then said it’s the law of her establishment. Another nice customer tried to stick up for me and begged her to let me use the bathroom and she said “this is not your business mind your business”. Did not want to sell him his coffee either. Avoid this place at all costs.
