This was one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had. There was a slight problem with my order, upon returning they let me keep my first order and made a brand new one. The manager also included a hash brown for my wait. Hands down excellent customer service from everyone at this location, will be coming back and frequenting the East Meadow location more often!

I went in to get the a quarter pounder and at first my order was messed up. When I explained what happened at the first window, Stacy came over right away and got everything done in 5 minutes and didn’t have me waiting an excessive amount of time!! Very friendly and helpful and great location and great staff!

Recently moved to east meadow, this by far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to for the last 30 years. The foods are consistent, especially the fries. They bring a sauce tray for curbside pickup. Even the staffs are plenty. Just the best all around McDonald’s ever!

I’ve been going to this place since I was like 5 years old or maybe a little younger- it’s a pretty nice McDonald’s, it’s well run and seems really clean -especially for 24 hours honestly. I’m writing this because I’ve only ever had one non great experience there in 16 years and I hope that it stays as great as it’s always been in the past. Not that any staff needs to change or anything like that I just hope it stays nice.

Ok so this review is not about the food or the customer service, but it's about the environment, I take my kids to this McDonald's and recently there's a white woman (drunk or under the influence)sitting there and asking for money, I went there yesterday and she asked me for $5 and I didn't have change and I didnt give her and she started cursing me out and after that she asked me for a phone charger and i didn't have one "SAME THING" she started cussing me out... racial slurs... I dont know if it's legal to remove this lady from this McDonald's.... when i said (WHITE LADY ) is just to let you know who she is.... please do something about it...

Met at least half the staff love them all and one of the morning managers mostly Asian lady extremely helpful one over my customers that I brought there to have lunch yes one of them over time and time again this is the one on Hempstead turnpike East meadow

Pretty good Mc Donald's. Got my mobile order as soon as I walked inside to pick it up. The McGriddles are really good and I highly recommend them for breakfast. Get the bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle or the sausage, egg, and cheese one.

I normally don’t dine-in at McDonald’s (i usually use the drive through) but I was presently surprised at how great this McDonald’s is. I was greeted by a very friendly employee named Richard. He took my order, and made sure to ask if I needed anything once my order was brought to my table! Richard’s friendliness is enough to get me to come back :) the food was fresh and the ice cream machine was working too!

Only had one bad experience but when I pulled up to the second window they corrected the first person mistake about a kid toy. I always go here no issues everyone nice
