Great location with great staffs. The manager was very nice. It was a slow day so they didn’t prep too much food to keep everything fresh. The manager was very friendly and let us know we are more than welcome to order whatever and she will make sure they cook it for us asap. I did order my usual and the wait wasn’t long at all plus it was straight from the wok (into my belly!).

My heart is so happy that they have VEGAN CHICKEN NOW! Not only that, but ORANGE!! It is so amazing- my new favorite fast food order is beyond orange chicken & chow mein. I am so glad to have more vegan options being introduced into large chains like this. This location was surprisingly clean and had great service (surprising bc) it is located right on the edge of campus where crazy drunk students (like I did, as an alumni) run around. I also got a veggie spring roll but it was only ok- would have been better with a dipping sauce.

The reviews are funny for this place. Come eat, don’t be complicated don’t try to sample a place that doesn’t do samples. Come on time for your pick up. This Panda is solid but sometimes there’s not a good ratio on the chowmein, respectable establishment.

Only rating this 5 stars so it sits at the top, for everyone to read. But, believe me if I could give this place 0 stars I sure would. Although the staff is very polite, the manager I spoke to tonight was not. Im a student at Douglas J and we get a very short break, and sometimes no break at all. Today my friends and I placed 3 orders, that were completely messed up and cold. After calling the store and reporting it to management he proceeded to tell us we could get one free plate of food. For the three boxes of food that we ordered that were cold and incorrect. He proceeded to fight with us, and then after going back and fourth we were told we could get our food remade. At that point we didn’t even want the food, definitely will be avoiding this location.
