The sandwiches I ordered were made "freaky fast". The employee at the counter made the suggestion of ordering my daughter the smaller size sandwich (smaller than the 6") which I appreciated.
The food was good. Kind of sloppily constructed, but I was able to fix that in the car so that I could eat while driving without it being too messy.
This is the 3rd JJ's location I've been to in the past month. It ranks 2/3 (Kalamazoo being 1/3 and Portage, MI being 3/3). Will return, as this location is convenient!

Quick and easy, even though they had a growing line. That made it hard to leave. Lol staff was friendly and saw I used a birthday free sandwich so they wished me happy birthday. Very cool of them. I got the 14 boss got the 4. Both thought it was good.

Always great service. I'm usually in and out with a sandwich in 5 minutes. I practically owe my life to their #10 Hunters Club. Don't forget the pickles and hot peppers.

This is the best Jimmy Johns in East Lansing. The workers are always respectful and outgoing, no matter the hour. I walked in with a couple of friends at 4am after working out, and a female worker made sure to keep the conversation flowing. She was extremely friendly and we all left very happy. Best Jimmy Johns I’ve been to in the country hands down.

March 21st 2018. 11:40 am. To the people who made this sandwich you all are on point. Excellent service. Probably need a raise too. This is the ONLY Jimmy Johns ive been to within my 14 county service area that has made a great sandwich.

Very good basic deli type sandwiches. Not a fan of the chips as they are the handmade hard kind.

They have on multiple occasions taken over an hour to deliver one sandwich to me, without a call, on random weekdays. Really frustrating when Jimmy John's is my go to for "quick food."
However, recently they have been quicker and today my food was delivered within 15 minutes. The drivers are usually really polite.

$7.83 for a medium drink, sub, and chips is a bit steep with so many choices out there. Yet the quality of product is hard to beat, and wicked fast.

This JJ is impressively fast. Most of the time, they have my sandwich ready before I have even paid (no exaggeration). I've had nothing but excellent Turkey Toms (my sub of choice) and everyone is very friendly. The dining area is also clean and bright.
