Chapelure Fine Pastry & Espresso

I love this place! Took my friend for a surprise to remind her of her trip to Paris. We each chose a savory croissant and a dessert pastry. She knew she wanted a latte, but I don't know a latte from a café au lait from a cappuccino, but the barista took the time to help me choose a latte, and it was perfect. Our pastries were delicious and our table in the window was a perfect place to enjoy our brunch and catch up with each other.

Great bakery and cafe, but honestly a terrible place to study. I would come here for coffee and some bakery treats but to study here is a bit of a nightmare, which is sad because the atmosphere is so nice. I used to come here as a regular a few years back, but it really has deteriorated in quality. The Internet is consistently, horrendously slow and spotty, often disconnecting. The bathrooms are almost always dirty and often don't have paper towels/soap. Thankfully the staff are always kind and efficient, drinks and food are good.

Fresh and good service. Of the 3 things I got, the Oreo was the best, it wasn’t overly sweet like you would expect and the frosting is so light and fluffy. The fruit tarts can be better, the crust wasn’t as hard as I thought it’ll be. There was not a crunch to it. The cheese cake was good, although not sweet enough for my taste. I wish there was a larger selection as well. You’ll have to go early if you want to good stuff. Over all it was a good experience.
