As a die hard U of M fan it’s hard for me to type this. “It was really good”. I know Mel Tucker hasn’t tried it because if he had his hands would have been wrapped around a pre-packaged container of Butter Pecan instead of wrapped around another package. No one gets mad at a late night picture of ice cream.

Very good ice cream. They have rotating flavors so you never know for sure what they'll have on a given day. They also have soup and macaroni and cheese ready to serve, and grilled cheese sandwiches only on Fridays (wish that was every day). Macaroni was very good. Loaded potatoe soup was fine. I had the banana chocolate chip ice cream and chocolate ice cream with a fresh made waffle cone. Excellent!!! They also have two outdoor seating locations - in front of and behind the building. They also have overflow parking in the back of the building.

A must-visit ice cream+ store if you are visiting MSU campus! I had the Spartan Swirl milkshake (I believe this ice cream flavor used to be called the “Sesquicentennial Swirl” previously). It was really good! They also have a dozen other flavors and they are all good. During the academic year they also have soup during lunch! There is no seating inside so you just have to grab and go or eat/drink outside. No cash.
