Since this place opened and it’s my go to for soup and a sandwich. Quality of food is consistent. Service: depends on which cashier you get, the restaurant is mostly clean at all times

Fairly busy location with a good staff. It is a large footprint with several seating options but a bit run down.

Service is quick. I typically do mobile order for pickup so I’m not sure about how it would be for in store order but the people are friendly and helpful and the place is clean. No complaints. 5/5 would recommend.

I waited a little long for my order but it was during a busy time and the girl behind the counter (I wish I got her name!) could not have been more polite and apologetic to me which was completely unnecessary because they make everything to order and I know they had a rush! It was worth the wait because as usual the sandwiches were delicious! Always enjoy their fresh salads too!

I have mixed feelings about it lol
It seems like a great place to work on a laptop. Comfortable chairs etc but you would need to be pre-charged. There aren’t many outlets. There were only a couple and they were taken.
So I don’t think I’ve ever been to like a real Panera before? I went to one before but it wasn’t set up like this? You order a drink and they just give you a cup and you do it yourself. Lol. The black iced coffee tastes like super metallic tap water coffee. Odd and expensive. I do like that I get to make everything myself how I want it and I like the option to get refills (I don’t know if I’m actually supposed to but no one stopped me ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
I tried a bit of the charged lemonade because I had seen a lot of people talking about it on Twitter and it IS good (and extremely sweet and insanely caffeinated for those who don’t know, like more than espresso)
Obviously a ton of parking because it’s in a strip mall and plenty of comfortable seats inside.

Met here for a small Statewide meeting and dinner . Was able to seat 11 comfortably. Food was excellent and plentiful. Great ice coffee. Will consider again.

Easiest thing in the world to use the kiosks, and there was no mistakes or waiting in line! Also the food was made way faster than my coffee was at the nearby dunkin, so 5/5 stars for this place.

I had lunch here yesterday. Good food and great service. Nicole was more than helpful and should be recognized for her customer service! Even though she did not take my order, I did speak with her briefly and it made my day. I’ll definitely be back.

Went 7pm during the week, delicious green godess salads, sandwiches, creamy mac&cheese. Decent variety of baked good for 7pm. They had our large take out order correct. Good value for clean food.
