It is very rare to live in a town where quality food is right around the corner. Arriba has been added to the list of my favorite local restaurants. It has festive decorations which create a nice atmosphere. The staff is well trained and kind. The food is delicious, homemade guac and fresh salsa. I ordered the fajita quesadilla with flank stake. The flank stake was delicious and tender which is hard to achieve with flank steak at times. Great first experience looking forward to the second one.
Arriba is my favorite spot for Mexican food. The atmosphere is wonderful, the staff is helpful, and I have never had a bad experience. The food is always perfect, especially their seafood dishes. I usually get the shrimp skewers or the shrimp burrito. I went most recently during Restaurant Week with my boyfriend, and we were seated quickly and our food was out right on time. It is always packed with people, and their takeout is just as good as dining in.
Great food, enormous portions, well priced. Seating is a bit limited, but that's most likely a reflection of their popularity. Ended up here on a whim when another local restaurant was overbooked for the night and we were pleasantly surprised. Three adults and two kids and enough food to feed a dozen more people, this place definitely does not skimp on quantity, and as for quality, everything was delicious. I had the hot tamale and it was amazing. I know a lot of people seem to be complaining about "authenticity", but for me this was as authentic as I want it. Definitely worth checking out.
Usually about $50 for 2 with 2 drinks each....awesome chicken skewers...pulled pork burrito...love this place. Waitresses rock.....great....and I'm Not related!!!!! Better every time....
Best food ever! I could eat there everyday! Sometimes there is a wait but it's completely worth it!!!! Try the daiquiris! It's pricy but for the quality of the food it's definitely a deal!
Try the monster enchilada !!!! But plan on taking it home it's huge!!!
Love it. Never had a bad meal. I agree, it's a little pricy. Also, the salsa does have an odd flavor to it. Would definitely visit again and again.
The prices on most menu items seem to have increased...and it's STILL a fine value! Arriba is a must-do whenever I'm in East Aurora.

Everything was great! Had the guacomole as appetizer ! Steak chimechanga as entree and soupapas for dessert ! Everything was great! Server was not superb but can't complaint about good @all.
I've been to most of the Mexican restaurants in wny. Arriba's has the freshest ingredients and best servers. Our waitress Gina was terrific with suggestions and spot on. Everyone working made us feel welcome and taken care of.
The food and atmosphere are great along with the service but don't ever try and call ahead for take out. You will NOT get an answer. The last three times I've called during normal business hours (yes the right phone number) they won't pick up. I went in to place my order and there was one table in the entire place. Great place, good food but you'll only get that if you dine in the restaurant.
Had their enchilada taco which was bigger than one can imagine! It also comes with sour cream and olives but I didn't want them. Great prices and food portions super sized! Wear your big boy pants and enjoy a variety of margaritas with your meal.
Only been here once. Our server Matthew was very friendly. The blood orange margarita I personally did not like. It was really bitter and had no major flavor to it. However the food is what made me give 5 stars. The chicken quesadilla was BOMB. I never finish my plate when I eat out no matter how big or small, and I destroyed this.

For just a short drive off NY 400 and NY 78, you can enjoy a clean and culturally decorated pleasant atmosphere for Mexican restaurant dining. I ordered the chicken chimichanga. It was a bit pricey at $17 but I went for it. I ordered a melted cheese dip while I waited. The chips and salsa were nice but that cheese dip ....yummmm! When my chimichanga arrived my eyeballs fell out! The thing was huge! There was rice and beans and a melted cheese sauce dripping all over the chimi. The wait staff was courteous and attentive...no complaints here y'all! Enjoy your visit because I will be back!
Fabulous atmosphere right from the decor to the music. Outside seating area looked like you were in Mexico. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. Definitely a place to come back to.
Let me start with; I am not a Mexican food fan, but we go to dinner with friends once a week and this place makes it into our restaurant rotation about once every other month. The staff is always great, they accommodate customizing your order, very polite and friendly. The food is good if you like Mexican, I only say this because some of us are pretty picky eaters and we have returned many times. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5...I am not a Mexican food lover.
Great Mexican food. I'm from California so the Mexican food/restaurants are very slim pickings here in Buffalo, so when we found this gem we are permanent customers. Prices are great the food is even better. And the portions are crazy big, plenty of left overs. Check them out you won't be disappointed.
Went today and had a simple 2 beef tacos plate. Best tacos I've had in years. Very flavorful and vibrant with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Hit the taste buds absolutely perfect! Coming back with the family!
This place is great. First packed for a Monday night. Took 10 minutes to find a single seat at the bar. Owner was working behind the bar helping out and got to talking. Great guy. The burrito was recommended and was awesome. Wish I found this place sooner. Food came fast was hot and the lime cilantro killed it.
