Cicis Pizza

The first few times we went it was great and now it’s just different. The people’s hat clean the tables are so helpful and courteous. We’ve had instances where we go close to an hour close to closing time and they already start putting things way and getting things done for closing. Had an issue where we ordered a pizza and it just sat there and we were given it cold, the buzzer never went off. They “fixed” the pizza but the second order was done very bad. It really depends on what day of the week you’re going as to whether you’ll be getting a great service or a bad one. Sometimes they greet you and sometimes they don’t. The parking is hardly ever a problem. The kids play section needs to be updated because last time I was there two machines weren’t working. It just feels very outdated and left out. Pizza tends to be warm most of the time.

The food is horrible and the dining area is filthy just look at the windows than look straight down at the floors by the windows there is built up food grim its disgusting. In all fairness the owner Clay Taylor does a terrific job when he's there it's just hard finding good help . You have to realize as an owner he can't be there all the time and 90% of his staff are teenagers not by choice but rather by that's what's available to him. The owner himself runs a good establishment.

Excellent value for your dollar. Although they seem to have a problem with you not buying a beverage. The counter girl and the manager tried to bully us into paying for a drink even though all we wanted was tap water. Pizza was excellent. We wanted to throw up when we were done. Haha. But in a good way.
