The wait is absurd. I’ve been waiting over an hour to get my food and the drive through is stagnant! Often times there is only one staff member at a time at this location… meaning they are working for $12ish dollars an hour and doing every single job position! I feel bad for them. Don’t go to this location unless you need to waste a lot of time!!!!

I am in complete shock about the service my family and I just received at this location in Easley. My family and I try to be VERY kind and understanding to fast food workers as our teenage daughter is currently employed with a fast food company and have many woes. The lady working the window was extremely RUDE and argumentative. We spent well over 50 bucks for our purchase. We explained that she left off some items and she argued that they didn’t. When she finally realized she didn’t apologize, only told us to go back around and get in the back of the line. When we finally received our food we asked for the manger on duty’s name and the store location number so we could call corporate and she said she was the manager and wasn’t giving us her first name to file a complaint. We got our food and went home to find out they still left off a cheeseburger, our egg roles were undercooked and had to return to the store for that...which was 25 minutes away from our home. No paying customer should be treated like that. I will be getting in touch with corporate and letting them know about our bad experience.
