Kriebel's Custom Bakery

I hate leaving bad reviews and never do it. That being said, we purchased cupcakes, sticky buns and a chocolate peanut butter brownie. The cupcakes were so dry, they fell apart and the frosting was awful. It tasted like plain cream cheese...no powdered sugar, flavoring.... nothing. The brownie was also very dry and tasted old. The sticky buns were flat and so covered in wet goo and raisins, they were sickening. I would not recommend this bakery. They also had very few items to choose from.

I was hoping this bakery would be my to go bakery for all my events but unfortunately my recent experience was very underwhelming. I ordered a cake, cupcakes, and cookies this past weekend. Cake: they messed up the design even though I emailed them a picture. This changed the entire look of the cake. Instead of fixing the mistake right away they told me I won’t have it until 5pm if they fix it ( my pickup was 8am). Cupcakes: these were MOST disappointing. The shape of the cupcakes were horrible! They looked like a 5 yr old baked them. They were lopsided and out of shape. Definitely not worth almost 3$/ cupcake. Plus, they didn’t even put the cream cheese buttercream I asked for on the red velvet cupcakes. Taste was not good. Cookies: least disappointing out of the lot I guess but they missed the mark on these too. Overall, it was not a good experience. I paid $140.00 for something that I wasn’t even happy with or enjoyed.
