The enchiladas were amazing.
The cheese jalapeno dip that they give with the complimentary nachos is really good!
Overall, the standard Mexican food you get. Good portion size. Good value for money

We read the great reviews so our expectation was probably too high. We live in great Mexican food country and this restaurant wouldn’t be in business very long. So bad….don’t know where to start. Even the waitress was in a bad mood. if you don’t know what great Mexican good is you might like this. if you do know, don’t waste your time

This place is a hidden gem in Eagle, CO. I tried Burritos, enchiladas and ceviche here. All the dishes were top notch and staff are friendly. I’ll highly recommend stopping by here if you are traveling through or staying here

Every time we go to EAGLE we must stop by to eat here. Food is delicious, large portion, food comes in a nice hot plate, perfectly seasoned. I highly Recommend! The male server is the best, friendly and attentive.

The service and food made for a perfect lunch while running errands in Eagle . The queso they give you with their chips and salsa is so delicious. The menu is vast with a ton of choices. We ordered beef lengua tacos and fish tacos both were great. The margarita was awesome and the beer really cold. Cant wait to go back

Found this hidden gem on my way back from Hanging Lake. I'm from PA, lived in NY and CA for years, and this is seriously some of the best Mexican food I've ever had. Very authentic. Generous portions. I would eat here all the time if I lived near Eagle. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!

Great find in Eagle. Of course margaritas have to be on point and they are. But tacos Al pastor are hard to pull of they rose to the challenge, don’t skip the green salsa you will regret it. Small, friendly, local, authentic.

While in Eagle, decided to visit Casa Mexico. Ordered the seafood burrito. Warning, this has real crabmea! Very good! But no beans or rice. Kind of surprised that neither came with this... worth checking out. Plus, margarita was very good!
