I wish I could say great things about this place however it's just not possible. My wife ran subway for a long time and never did she ever have issues like this one. To the owner I think it's time you evaluate your employees as your have some pretty hateful older women working in your establishment. They do not have a lick of customer service pushing away the residents of the town, those traveling know no better. The young kids just slap a sandwich together with next to zero care what it looks like. My steak had so many onions on it it looked like an entire onion in iitself. It's absolutely no wonder the prices continue to rise because your cost of goods has to be out of this world high. Using gloves is a great thing however how sanitary is it to use gloves in the veggies then use them to touch the cash I gave you and turn around and go back to the veggies. I wish the owner not the manager the owner of this establishment would reach out to me because this behavior and condition has went on far to long. For the sake of this establishment I know it could be ran so much better as well as gain a few more friendly faces and smiles. A hello welcome to subway and a thank you have a nice day goes a long way when your dealing and working with the public. For your employees it's pretty simple if you hate your job that much and hate customer service why choose that path. Take your bad MOJO and go somewhere where customers are not what is paying your pay check. Without us spending money at your place you wouldn't have income please remember that. Attached is a photo of my second sandwich and it was the nicer of the two. Ridiculous!

I usually never leave reviews but these ladies were very rude. There was also a huge dead moth in the spinach and they served it, just picked around the moth. I understand being an older person working at a sandwich shop isn’t most people’s idea of the American dream, but don’t insult my mom over adding a drink and using a gift card. Life is hard enough, grow up.

I have to agree with half the other people on here the owner needs to take time to reach out to local customers and stop relying on the tourists to make his or her money. It's time to make a change and start with the staff. They are beyond hateful and rude. My daughter has a disability and your old lady at the counter wouldn't help her she had to call me crying without a sandwich because she didn't have time to help her. Hold that phone... you didn't have time to help a customer a paying customer becauae they needed a little assistance.

Carolyn was very helpful in getting a large catering order together! We needed 24 subs for an event and she did a great job getting everything put together!

Carolyn was the employee working and she did an amazing job with our group order. She was working hard to get us in and out and was very kind.

Half the time my order comes out wrong. When it's right its good about 80% of the time. The manager was unamused by my complaint of not getting what I ordered like four times. Staff rotates like the wind. The customer service isn't great because they don't keep the same employees. Some have been there a while. Hit or miss.
