Every time we come to the north woods we stop at this restaurant. Their food is always amazing! They may not be the fastest but it is always delicious. If you’re in Eagle River you need to stop in and grab a cranberry muffin.

We stopped in for lunch, on our way home, from Watersmeet. My favorite food is the Bourbon Burger...its amazing! The Bourbon glaze, with mushrooms is so yummy!! All of the food delivered to our table, there was 5 of us, was delicious! Our server. I'm a server, and our server Bailey, was so awesome, great personality, she took time to chat with us...we loved her!! Leif's is a go to for us, when we're up in Eagle River!!

When I arrived in eagle River Monday evening the place I was eating supper recommended Leif's for breakfast.
However they were not open Tuesday or Wednesday morning, but on the way out of town Thursday morning they were open and we stopped in for breakfast. Had a really great breakfast there would recommend anybody in the area that wants a good breakfast from Thursday through the weekend to stop and check them out.

Place was packed but it was a Saturday. We got a table right away despite how busy they were. Food was great. Service was wonderful.

Consistent food I guess but the hundreds of flies bothering every single table was just too much. Empty tables with no one sat had multiple flies crawling in and out of the coffee mugs, and crawling all over the silverware and tables. All 4 in our party were constantly shooing flies away. I can’t attach a video but there were FIVE flies all around the rim and climbing inside of a yellow mug from the empty table next to us. Where there’s flies there’s maggots and that’s absolutely disgusting.
