The girl at the drive thru was very friendly and very quick! I know the BOGO Thursdays have been tough on the employees this month but this location was pleasant!

Management has put work into training their team at this location. It shows and is enjoyable to know money is being spent where they put effort into customer service.

I have had much better experiences recently than the past winter. The dark haired man is very knowledgeable. A few of the older women working there seem snobbish and have that Starbucks stepford wives like air about them. All of the men that work there have been always helpful. The place is very helpful when picking out coffee to grind and that is really appreciated.

I don't stop by here every day but their specials usually catch my attention. This day I was able to get an awesome coffee and a pastry at an affordable price. Yesterday I noticed another time-limited special and took advantage of that as well. Starbucks coffees are uniformly delicious and I have quite a fondness for their coffeecakes and scones as well. Stop in next time you're in the neighborhood!

My local Starbucks is really just a bike ride away (assuming I’d get on my bike). It’s a quicker drive. Very conveniently located in the heart of Eagle River it is a reliable stop for tried and true regular and seasonal favorites. Their drive-thru has remained open throughout Covid. The people who have worked here to make sure we all get our coffee fix are no less than heroes. Grace helped me out today and made me feel less of a fool when I went to grab the no contact mug they are handing drinks out in. I love their cold brew but decided on an iced green tea today, extremely refreshing! Their breakfast options and pound cakes are also delicious.

Updated review- I drive to Anchorage every Friday and I come home Sunday evenings and I always try to stop then by using my mobile order ahead of time. They always have my order ready. Their fast courteous accurate and so friendly. I keep coming back over the years and I’ll continue to I’m a StarbucksAholic lol.
2018- Great staff. Friendly. Fast. Yummy drinks and food. The drive thru is fast. My doggies love pupachinnos. Its always worth the stop.
