Wow!!!!! Thank you so much to whoever decorated two sheet cakes for my company cooking contest! I called my order in on the afternoon of 3/24 with no idea of what I wanted on my cakes. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was patient with me when I was trying to make up my mind on the words and picture I wanted. I don’t really know what I was expecting, but when my boss came in and opened the cakes, I was almost in tears!!! They were BEAUTIFUL!!! Everyone thought they were adorable and I am still genuinely blown away by the detail and care put into them! Thank you SO MUCH!!! Keep up your wonderful work!

extremely frustrating as a delivery driver to take an order here when the lobby is closed so you have to go through the drivethru with 6+ cars in it. there needs to be a more effective system for delivery drivers to be able to pick up orders without ruining their delivery time by adding 25 unnecessary minutes to the delivery time.

Only reason it's not a higher rating is due to the employee. My change was $0.34 and rather than taking the time to make the change or giving the customer an extra Penny, he took it upon himself to tell me that he was only going to give me a quarter instead. Customer service these days is not what it used to be. If the guy that took the money reads this, next time rather than take from a customer give them the extra penny or at least ask if it's okay if you give him just a quarter rather than just tell me that you're short changing me.
