Mcdonald's

Nearly always something wrong with drive thru order. Tonight, my kid’s Happy meal had a chicken nugget box full of Tartar sauce, not chicken nuggets. I checked the whole order before driving away but didn’t think to open the chicken nugget box to make sure it actually had chicken nuggets in it, instead of a creepy box of tartar sauce. I think I’m done with this place.

Try to find a different one if at all possible. Went to the drive through at 11:00PM to get food before bed. Ordered a meal, some extra fries, a mcdouble with no cheese, and some other items. Got shorted on the fries (1 order when we asked for 3) and the mcdouble had cheese on it, even with a sticker that said it would have no cheese. Went back and they apologized and then gave me a mcdouble that just had burger patties, no fixings and as a "sorry", they gave me apple pies that had an "enjoy by" time that was 8 hours past. I had to go back a second time to get what I ordered After two fails and 30 minutes, I finally had what I ordered. Fries were some of the worst I have had at a McDonald's.

Food was fine (burger warm, not hot) but leaving a 1-star review because I asked for a BBQ sauce at the window and the employee told me it would be 50 cents. I told him I've never paid for BBQ sauce and always asked at the window but he said if you asked for it at the drive-thru where you order, he could have given it to me for free? That comment alone made me want to write this review and not frequent this establishment.

I often stop at this McDonald’s after work since it’s one of the only places that’s open at that time and I’m never disappointed. They have never messed up my order in the many times I’ve gone, the food is always hot and has better taste compared to other locations. The wait times can be long but that’s because they can be short staffed- but they always make the quality of the food a priority. Keep up the good work!

I have never been to a worse McDonalds. Waited in the diner for 15 minutes to place my order while they focused on drive thru customers. Went back after eating our dinner to get desserts and waited another 10 minutes and it was after 6:30 pm when we arrived to eat. We even had to ask them to turn on the lights in the playroom so the children could see.

I always go to the Diffley McDonald's and the service is always really good. (I always use the drive thru) however, today I decided to go in because I needed to use the restroom to wash my hands as I had gotten gas on them when I was pumping gas. When I came out to order no one came to take my order. I stood there for about 3ish minutes before I decided to take my business elsewhere. There was one girl at the drive up and another by her. The second girl looked over by me a couple times but never came to help me. Very disappointed.
