Good price for the Cesar grilled chicken wrap combo, fries were perfectly crispy and the wrap is easy to eat without it falling apart

This is supposed to be a chicken place - but what they serve is Chienese type chicken preparation- had quesadillas- it taste bad and the sour cream and salsa was very bad quality.
Avoid this place if you can Control your hunger ☹️….

Kinda sub par food. It's okay, but significantly overpriced. 4 small chicken tenders, fries and toast is 11.99

The chicken tenders were delicious. The fries were good too. However I didn't like the toast though. (That's the only problem I had.) So I liked the restaurant I will come back here someday.

The spicy chicken sandwich was OK, fries are good, but the grilled was too stringy and may have been old chicken. She ignored the request for a cup of water, I got a drink also that was fine. Charging .50 on a refill is outrageous. I don't recommend Chicken Now.

No free refills. That's all that I need to know. This is not Europe, this is the USA and free refills are the absolute standard.

Went to Chicken One today. To be honest, I would typically give at least a 3 or 4, but the service was horrendous. The food was very tasty, and the fries were fresh and hot. The problem I had was with the service. The gal working really did not want me there. She was very standoffish and agitated. After I received my root beer, I realized that it was low on syrup. My foot beer tasted like a mix between Diet Coke and soda water. Anyhow, when I brought it to her attention, she took a sip out of a fresh cup and said that it tasted fine. I asked her to just check the box in the back, but she offered me a different soda instead. The only issue I have is I don’t like any other soda. How hard would it have been just to check? It’s the little things that make people feel appreciated. Please smile!
