Little Caesars

I happened to send my husband for pizza tonight and looked up the address for him, and saw this place was getting some harsh reviews. We’ve never had anything but great service from them. In fact, a month before my daughters birthday I called in advance to order 12 pizzas for her party. I called back a couple days before the party just to confirm, and I was told that the person who took my order was no longer with them and had screwed them over pretty bad as far as promising more than he was authorized to. I talked to the GM (very nice man!) and he honored the 12 pizzas and 3 free for my order that the first man had promised. He didn’t have to do that, but he made the whole experience better rather than a headache for me. I picked them up the day of the party and by the end we had none left! :) they were all hot and delicious, we enjoyed them very much. Keep up the good work!!

Rating based on my most recent visit. I called ahead to order for lunch and my custom order was easily understood by the woman on the phone. Pick up was also great. Order was as expected and service was great. I felt I needed to write a good review because most of my past visits the last couple years at this location have been not good. Always under staffed and slow service. Usually the people were nice (not always) and many times nobody would answer the phone to take an order. I really hope my most recent visit will be the new normal because I enjoy the food and convenience.

I walked in wanting a hot and ready pizza to take on the road and I had to wait about 10 minutes before even being addressed, along with two other people waiting behind me. Two of the employees got in an argument because one didn't want to be bothered to address the people out front. The employee that cashed us out wasnt overall rude but was most definitely not polite.

Wish I could give this location a negative 10. The worst service, people wait 1/2 to 1 hour for their order. The order is incorrect & when pointed out, you get ‘something free’. (Bread sticks, sauce, pop). We went there 3x late in 2018 & stopped because of this. We went back after all these months, NOTHING HAS CHANGED! Oh the stories I could detail from our experience (door locked with the lobby completely full of customers. Was told they can’t keep up so no more customers for now). Stories customers share while we all wait, like cattle inside. NEVER RETURNING!!! NEVER EVER !!! Seriously angry the Apple Valley location closed, the best service & quality. Well now trying Burnsville’s location.

Went to little Caesars to get deep deep dish, the one pizza that they advertise the most and they didn’t have any. And they always say their pizza is hot n ready but we still waited for 20 minutes! Also their fridge was broken and all their sodas were warm. Honestly this is not a great little Caesars and hasn’t been for a while. Save your time and do not go to this little Caesars!

When we get Little Caesar's it is usually from this store. I went there recently on a Friday evening and they were highly unorganized. They called out orders for people that weren't there and I suspect had already picked up their pizza. I waited over a 1/2 hour for my order and some said they had been there for over 40 minutes. I don't know if I'll be back to this particular store.

I just left after ordering 2 pizzas and crazy bread which were supposed to be "hot and ready" they were not... but the worst of it was the man that took my order and counted out money to make a safe drop in front of me then walked straight to the kitchen and proceeded to make my pizzas with no gloves and not even a stop to wash his hands!!!! The kid that cut the pizza only cut them in half! And the kicker is that man is the general manager! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My husband called an order in, picked it up, got home, only to realize they got our second pizza wrong. He called back and told the man on the phone the second pizza was wrong and was going to bring both back because the first one would be cold by the time he would return with the fixed one. He went in and there was confusion between the male and female employee there as to why both pizzas were getting remade. The woman working there slammed the two boxes of pizza down on the counter in the kitchen and showed attitude regarding the situation. Horrible customer service! I called later to ask for owner/supervisor information. The woman that answered the phone could not provide me her supervisor's full name and the exact day she would be in to talk about the situation. When I also asked for her name she hung up the phone on me. (She had attitude the whole conversation with me so at this point I wanted to know who I was speaking to so I can let the supervisor know who I'm referring to.) This situation happened 2-20-19 with the female employee working at the Eagan, MN Little Ceasers Pizza. Phone call took place at about 3p.m. I encourage the owner to have a long chat with her regarding attitude, customer service, and showing anger at work in front of/over the phone to paying customers....the customers that allow her to get a paycheck in the first place. ----------------------------------------------------- Update: After submitting a customer complaint directly to Little Caesars online, I received a same day call from a representative. Due to the rapid response regarding our service at the location and over the phone I bumped up the stars from 1 to 3. Thank you for following up immediately. (This review was solely about the service. The pizzas were fresh. Each time we have gone over the years it has been fresh.) ----------------------------------------------------------------- So after months of not having Little Caesars, my husband and I caved to give them another try. NO MORE FOR THE EAGAN, MN LOCATION. Manager on duty had an upsidedown cross on her forefinger and 666 on her middle, ring, and pinky on her left hand. My husband ate the pizza (only because he feared this person would retaliate if I would ask for a refund after paying) I did not. That is disrespectful to so many religions. Incase your wondering Little Caesars Corp it is the manager working today's, 8/4/19, evening shift that wears glasses.
