Avoid this place honestly. Website and online services says they close 10pm, on their door also it’s says 10pm. Ordered online at 2pm and drove there only to find it closed. Why take orders when you’re closed? Plus they left other customer orders just randomly outside without a care. Do better guys!!!

Good food. We’ll it’s Chipotle. So good is good as expected.
But service not ao sure. The app promised the food would be ready at 6 and we were there by 6. All these people and more were waiting to get their food. Because they couldn’t handle delivering the food on time. If that’s the case they should have informed in through the app or something. It was 6.35 when I got my food. Having to wait that long since they couldn’t inform it before was very disappointing.

My mobile pick up order was one hour late. The operation of this location is disaster. The store has four or five people work in the lobby serve for walk-in customers, but only two people in the kitchen prepare online orders. Apparently, the walk-in orders are completed way quicker than online order advanced (one hour late). This is not fair for online order and it does not commit your promise (Your food PROMISED time). My suggestions are First, reallocate your labors by shifting more crews to the kitchen to complete the online orders which are already late instead continuously taking more walk-in orders. Second, delete the word “promised” on your receipt instead of more accurate estimate wait time.

I'm not a native English speaker. So my grammar would be weird. And I'm not the person who writes reviews on websites. However, I really want to say this. I never satisfied my online orders from this restaurant. They are rarely accepting dine-in orders since the Covid-19 outbreak. So I have to do online orders. And the quality of online orders is terrible. For example, your dine-in burrito has the double size of your online ordered burrito. Also, if you order a burrito with extra rice & double meat online, it would be the same size as your regular size of a dine-in burrito. Finally, you would never get your burrito on time. My burrito promise time was 7:00 pm, and I had to wait until 7:30 pm. And my burrito was really cold. It happened so frequently. I'm not going to buy food at this restaurant anymore. I'm tired of contacting customer service. I will get my burrito from other cities. I'm willing to pay more gas fees and to spend my time getting better quality foods.

Ordered at 7:15PM for an 8:10PM pickup. Get there at 8:10PM, main door locked, sign directing people to use side door for pickups. Go to the online orders area, order not there. Check the time on the orders that are there, nothing past 7:00PM (think this could be a problem) About 10 people waiting. I could only see two people working (both were cleaning), no food was being made.
Did the online chat thing satisfying order not ready, and we promptly refunded. I have a feeling that this happens a lot, so they made it really easy to cancel your order.

We had a big group order that wasn't working to submit online but the staff on location were so awesome in fulfilling it! They worked off a laptop and went through all 15 items very efficiently. We knew it was a pain to do but they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to everyone that helped, the food was wonderful!

ONLINE ORDERS ONLY. Worst Chipotle location ever. PLEASE update maps with pertinent information; for example, whether you are open for dine-in or not. Because, as many testimonials at this particular location emphasize, ordering online is dubious at best. Some people still want to actually sit down and eat. Close this location please. Maybe you can combine employees with the Cliff Rd location & actually offer good service with polite employees over there. I'm never going to come to this location again.

Tried calling to find out if dining in was available - was greeted by an extremely limited computer prompt that provided zero help. Unfortunately since they don't even answer their phone I won't be able to patronize Chipotle (again) as I am unable to acquire this extremely simple information. The computer kept asking me what she could get for me and I kept telling her a human being would be great but she just wouldn't cooperate.
