Jimmy Johns

I went to the Jimmy John's in Dyer, Indiana last week. It was my first time there. And I will never be back. I spent 10 minutes in the parking lot signing up for the rewards program. I went inside for a to go order. I got a BLT sandwich and a pop. When I went to pay the card reader said I didn't have a rewards set up. I was handed my sandwich with no bag and no napkins. I got out to my car and proceeded to open my sandwich which had 3 slices of undercooked bacon stacked on top of each other and only on half the sandwich. And there was so much mayonnaise that it squirted out of my sandwich all over. I ordered cheese on it and got one slice of cheese which was only on the half with the bacon. The other half sandwich was lettuce and mayonnaise. Which I paid just under 10.00 for. Then I emailed Jimmy Johns to state that I didn't get my rewards and in fact didn't even show up in the system. That was 8 days ago. Still no response. So I'll be going elsewhere for lunch from now on . And considering I work for a company that orders lunch everyday for 15 people they'll be missing out on our business.

My experience was nothing less than disgusting... very rude staff, it seems as if they were under the influence of something!! I was waiting for my food for over 15 mins and there was me and 1 other customer behind me. The unprofessionalism is amazing !! Ever since the girl manager left this place went down hill fast !! Me or anybody I come in contact with will ever be coming back !! I would rather paw thru McDonald's dumpsters like some starving raccoon than walk back in here !! The food would probably be better !! Do yourselves a Hugh favor and get the old staff back cuz these people need to get back on the little yellow bus cuz they still have windows to lick !
