Burger King

I don't write many reviews, but this experience was awful. First they ran out of large cups, ok fine I get it. The sprite they gave me was carbonated water and I had to remind them about the second drink. Fries were COLD, as if they were microwaved from frozen. Chicken fries were soggy and they charged me for the ranch they are supposed to come with. Not at all satisfied. To top it off the burger was extremely burnt. Meaning... literally every item they gave me was bad in some way. I don't know anybody that reads fast food reviews but if you are, avoid this place and spend your money wisely elsewhere.

I don't know why I don't go here often, but this day made it clear... The packaging wasn't branded, the burger were disgusting, and fries were cold.. I did speak to someone and the guy told me I could get more food, but the issue was it should have been done right. I didn't go back because I didn't feel like driving but there could have been other ways to compensate after spending$20 for two meals we didn't enjoy..... Sorry but it's my review

This location really just needs to be closed down. They consistently have rude customer service that's if anyone ever takes your order! For the last year when you try to go to the drive through, they will tell you 1 minute, and then 15 minutes later you are still sitting there waiting for someone to take your order. They have a curbed in drive through so even after an excessive wait you can't even leave if there is a car behind you. Ridiculous.

The lady that works driveway was extremely rude. We pulled up, she didn’t say anything, just put her hand out for the money, then just gave us our order, and shut the window on us, didn’t say have a nice day, go to hell, NOTHHING!!No customer service AT ALL!! On top of that she had the whole inside closed, I think she just didn’t want the extra work.

Went to BK 12/22. Ordered two number 1's with cheese. No cheese were on the burgers. Also ordered a cheese burger with small fry. Didn't receive the fries. Which might of been a good thing. The fries I received with the two number 1's i ordered.. were cold and not cooked all the way. Very disappointed, would never very visit that particular BK again. And would not recommend that particular BK to anyone.
