I am highly disappointed in this Taco Bell. They mess up my order every time I have gone here. Last time I came to this Taco Bell I found part of a straw in my burrito. This time I ordered a bean burrito and that is definitely not what I got. Every time I go to this Taco Bell I specify that I am a vegetarian due to religious reasons please make sure there is no meat in my food and despite my emphasis they still gave me what I didn’t order and with meat in it which is highly disrespectful. When I called the Taco Bell (twice) to tell them about the issue they didn’t answer the phone. I’m extremely upset with this visit. I do not recommend this Taco Bell.

This location is one of my favorite Taco Bell location. Every time here I get best service and food however, today I order my food without beef but I got beef in my nacho cheese Doritos and in my craving box. Even I try to call them didn’t responded. My restaurant order number was 936296.

I have gone through the drive at least once a week and Donna is very delightful. Always greets you with a smile and is very polite. She is a gem and deserves a raise.

At this location, the employees does not change their gloves at all..They're not clean. I got sick twice from this location. I threw up pretty bad. The young gentleman with locs(cashier) at the window does not change his gloves when he's handling customers food. Another worker named Ashley B.(cashier) does not wear any clothes she kept scratching her belly while dealing with my food. Again, this Taco Bell location made me sick twice. Again, I threw up my food everytime I went to the drive-thru. The young crew that works late at night are not clean & does not change their gloves at all...Very nasty staff

Great service but the food is poorly put together at this location. I had Cinnabon with little to no sugar on the outside, nacho cheese cup hardly half filled and there's usually a problem with every order.

Food is good as usual. I liked that they had several plugs to plug into if needed. They also had one hook for every chair at the high top. 2 picnic tables to eat outside on nice days. 2 machines if you woukd like to order your own food.

Gross 🤢, plastic lid inside of my crunch wrap. Management did not seem to care. Sent email to tacobell.com and got no response. It's gonna be a looooooong time before I can eat taco bell again, if ever.
Update: I've been back because I love taco bell but this was gross and I wish they had reached out to make it right. Dyer, Indiana taco bell.

They dont deserve a rating worst service ever. Went there and ordered a party box with the chicken roll tacos. The chicken taco rolls were absolutely disgusting. They were hard as if they were dropped twice and they were extremely greasy and the chicken was black. Not to mention I paid extra for dorito tacos and they were soggy and the shells were broken. Then when you try and call no one answers. This is a new location and this is absolutely unacceptable. Negative 5 stars.
