Sampled a few items from the menu, and all were delicious! Your interpretation of avocado � toast with honey was my favorite. Great breakfast/lunch spot. Like oysterman, it never disappoints. I highly recommend.
Small eatery with ample seating including outdoor seating with a new American selection with seafood staples and festive drinks. Staff was very friendly and easy going looking to accommodate anyway they could. Happy eating!
A fantastic dining experience, the waiting staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of everything on the menu. They made sure our drinks were always full and made great conversation! We highly recommend The Anchor!!
I really liked this small restaurant, we were at a nearby restaurant and saw some of the reviews here so came to check it out, was not disappointed! We got the Buffalo cauliflower, very good! The highlight, the chicken sandwich, oh man this this was huge. It was a good thing we were splitting it cause it was probably the biggest chicken sandwich I have ever had, and really really tasty. You should definitely check this place out!
By shear happenstance did I end up parked in front of The Anchor! I was lost, BUT I remembered FarFar's, so I knew that my friend would be able to come from Green Harbor to Duxbury. I was not sure if The Anchor was a shop for boaters, BUT was thrilled to find it was a restaurant. Both of us ordered the fish and chips. It was a wonderful meal with great service. I wish I lived closer!!! The next time I get disoriented, I hope it will be in Duxbury!!!
Had planned on going to the Oyster Man, the other restaurant located 500 yards away owned by the same people but ended up here and were pleasently surprised. Only wanted to get a small so we split a beet salad and grilled chicken sandwich and both were amazing. I got the olde fashioned on the menu with home made ginger simple and walnut bitters and it was amazing. Definitely will be going back never time we're in the area and will try out their other restaurant too.
The atmosphere is awesome and they always play good tunes. Great food & drinks. Our go to spot
