I love Jimmy Johns but this store has problems. Delivery takes more than 1 hour and 2 of the last 6 orders were delivered to the WRONG address. I live in a good apartment complex and they tried to say someone took my food both times. I got replacement sandwiches delivered but the experience was horrible.

This is my first and Last time using there delivery service. I ordered at 11:29 am for my lunch to be here at 1:00pm so I called at first no answered the phone I get busy ok but he says the dispatch makes a mistake so that's mean to your not keeping up with orders which is crazy because I ordered early enough not pleased at all we have all job and my time is valuable also will not be using this service after this.

Ordered through my app and food was thrown together. Wasn't cut in half as ordered. Wrapping and bag was wet from ingredients outside of bread.

The staff was charismatic. The store was clean. And the sub was delicious! What more can you ask for!?

Never had this place before but the commercials and all the ads say it has the fastest delivery. Had a break at work and wanted lunch, ordered 30 min before my break, food didn't arrive until over an hour later, after my break ended. So now I am out the money and didn't even get to eat. Called the store and all I got was, "sorry, were short staffed". Not my problem you don't offer decent enough wages to attract or keep employees. Never ordering delivery again

This is my last time using Jimmy Johns for delivery. The food is fine but the freaky fast delivery is not. Spent my entire lunch break waiting on my order. I placed the order 30 minutes early. Don't mark the order out for delivery when it's apparently not

I've been to this location plenty of times. I've noticed uncare handling of vegetables which leave questions sanitation on food. Staff is constantly changing. Definitely under bad management.

Service Is Trash: Stepped up to the counter. Cashier 'barely there', paying no attention. "HUH? CAN I...UH...HELP..YOU...OR...WHATEVER". I explained I wanted an Italian and already they're making my sandwich before I stated that I wanted wheat bread, no mayo, a pickle and other things. Its handed to me right as I finish paying - which would have been great if it had been what I ordered. What waste of time.
