Jack In The Box

The food was fine except the French fries they use here are not right. They are thin like competitors and JIB fries are supposed to be a little thicker and a little crisper. Short on employees, took 8min to take our order and 21min to get the food. Was skipped by two other orders behind us. The order was a simple #5 & #10 meal. Coke freestyle machine not making ice and out of many flavor add ons. Dining area could've been cleaner but wasn't terrible

Seems like somehow every time I go here to eat or have their food delivered to me, the one item that made me decide to order from there is missing from my order. Like this morning for instance, the only reason I ordered was for a vanilla iced coffee. It’s icy so I used door dash, the nicest dasher came and handed me my order and instead of my coffee, which is the only reason I placed an order with jack in the box, I have the largest unsweetened tea! DoorDash has refunded me my coffee, but alas I still have no coffee and a bunch of tea that I get to pour down the drain. I’ve boycotted this place for two years in the past and finally last year started going back, have ordered from there 5 times in the past year and have had every order made wrong. This was their last chance to get my order right and they couldn’t get one breakfast meal correct. Will not be back!!

This was a second choice to eat because Dairy Queen was closed. But it was not a let down. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would come here again if in the area. Give this night crew a raise!!! Do something nice for them for their exceptional customer service.

When I pulled up there was an employee sitting outside in her car smoking a cigarette. She promptly followed me in and offered good service. However she never washed her hands and proceeded to bag my food w/o gloves. Other than that the food is ok..... taste of old grease... (if you know ya know) been back since and I believe they are short staffed and are still able to offer great service.

Jack in the Box has been one of my favorite places to eat since I was introduced to them in southern California. That being said, if I was the district manager and walked in to this place, I would rethink the personnel situation here. The floors have not been mopped in a while, and counters and walls have not been cleaned either. If it were clean, would have been an okay visit.

Usually like eating here in Durant Oklahoma. This day was different . Alot of the food was soggy and some undercooked. My burger I had almost all gone except 2 bites and seen a hair in it. I looked and it wasn't mine. It was cooked into the cheese . We should get a refund cuz we spent 39 something there and throwed it all away

If I could give less of a star I would literally spent 30 minutes in line then to see a sign saying only taking cash which wouldn't be a problem but then we waited another 30 minutes to get to the window for the rudest person on the planet to say we are not allowed to put signs up but we had to wait in line because there was a sign up she said that she's not going to get fired for putting a sign up because she's not allowed to but there is literally a sign of saying we cannot take card
