I don't have high expectations when traveling and stopping for a quick meal. However, there was a really cheerful woman who greeted us and welcomed us to Wendy's when we walked in. And I mean happy, cheerful! It was an unexpected surprise and wonderful to hear. Service was fast and the dining area and bathrooms were clean. Kudos to whoever hired that woman!!

Heard an ad on the radio while driving that said sausage & bacon, egg, cheese biscuits were a buck right now at Wendy's. So figured for that cheap I may as well give their breakfast a try. The last working this morning at the drive thru was so happy, sweet & friendly! ☺️ The food was pretty good, but the egg part wasn't my jam at all. It was pasty n felt weird to me(I'm weird about texture though🤷) but didn't taste bad. Whoever the lady employee is? She's awesome & made me wanna come back

We were literally the only customers there (including drive through). Placed our order and went to four tables....all dirty. Ask one of the ten employees for a cloth to wipe the table. She grabbed a cloth and smeared several tables. I finally used several napkins to clean the table. Food arrives, meat is pink. No thank you.

I have been to this location twice. Both times they didn't give me my sauces I ordered so I had to eat everything dry. The second time they didn't include my baked potato I ordered. Ordered through the app both times, and my history confirmed that the missing items were ordered and paid for. A little frustrating so I wouldn't recommend this location unless you're bored of the other offerings in Durant.

During lunchtime... big sign says dining room open but doors locked... manager we refuses to put up a sign saying dining room closed and refuses to take down sign saying dining room open. Misleading and time wasting place... go somewhere else that cares for customers

Found egg shells in my breakfast sandwich and hubby's biscuit was still doughy and not even done. I will never go to this location again. We have given them multiple chances and this is 3rd time something has been messed up. Corporate needs to shut this location down or get some employees in there that actually knows what they are doing. Doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Baconator fries were great but they forgot 2 of 4 burgers then closed before I could make it back

Food and service were fantastic! But the air conditioner was broken it was hotter sitting inside than it would have been sitting outside in the sun.
