Mahogany Grille

I had reservations for 1 at 6 pm on October 23, 2020 and arrived about 10 minutes early. The host started to take me to my table and we passed 4 open tables while she took me to a table at the back of the restaurant. I asked if I could move up to one of the other 4 tables that were open which we walked past. She had to ask, once she returned she said I’m sorry but each of those tables was specifically reserved. I said, “You’re kidding, each of those 4 customers specifically asked for one of those tables?” She said yes. Unbelievable, terrible customer service. With only about 20% of the restaurant occupied and she couldn’t accommodate a simple customer request. I told her I would eat somewhere else with better customer service and walked out. Went down to Chimayo had great customer service and food. Mahogany Grille Management, please send your employees to Chimayo to get trained. You should be embarrassed!
