You will wait 20+ minutes for your food. Full stop. They have zero staff and for any of us locals who go there, you appreciate that it’s just the way it is. That said, the food is always fresh AF and they really knock it out of the park with their $5 Biggie bags. Get the app and you’ll almost always get something extra for free or at least a good coupon. Make sure to check your order before you leave because they sometimes do make mistakes but they’re usually pretty good about that. I saw someone in a review say their food is “soggy” and I will say that their fries tend to be more greasy than crispy but I personally prefer that so 🤷🏻♀️

Awful on every level. 15 min wait, 25 min for food. Was eating stone cold greasy fries from a container that said "fresh and hot guaranteed " . ..what a joke. We actually watched them lock the dining room door at 2:00 on a Sunday in order to keep walk in clients out. The franchise owner would have been proud, watching their business get back into their cars and leave. Never will be back.

The drive thru worker was very kind and I could certainly hear the smile in her voice, so my my thanks to her. However I ordered 4 biggie bags and one was incorrect. I did not receive a crispy chicken only tomato/lettuce per my request, and barbecue sauce was not in my bag. Additionally, one sandwich (double stack) was wrapped messy, and condiments were all over the outside of the wrapper. My car is now dirty. At the time I was very hungry as I had been driving for nearly 2.5 hours, so this was a disappointment.

Food was hot, and tasted decent enough, but they put cheese on my husband's double when he specifically asked for none, and, I got fries and was charged for them when I only wanted the burger and a drink.

I stopped there with my wife and child on the 8th of May around 830pm.
The woman on the intercom and serving us very rude for some reason and acted to us like she just hated her job and we were an inconvenience to her to come and order food.

Wendy's has always been my favorite fast food and still is. I feel terrible for the staff post COVID, really short staffed. Almost always a long wait in line while they do the best they can with 2 people.

Wait was long likely due to staffing so that was fine, but what wasn't fine was everything on my burger was cold- patty and bacon. Cheese didnt melt at all bc of this. Felt like they were so busy so they had it all just ready and made in bulk and slapped it together.

Worst service I have ever had. 37 mins in the drive thru after our order was placed. Employee said there is only 3 people work. Why only 3 people at the dinner rush??? Food was cold and hard even after waiting 37 mins. 2 of the employees that I could see had no face mask or gloves on while handing food. This is and was the absolute worst service I have had in years. We will never be back to this location. There wasn't even a sorry for your wait can I get you something extra for your wait nothing, here's your food!
