The Dunkin Donuts on Brightleaf Blvd in Smithfield was NOT on point this morning. In drive through, ordered a HOT latte, clearly and specifically. At the window, a cold drink is passed through. This isn't the problem, mistakes happen. The attitude of the man at the window IS the problem. He never said hello, never spoke a word, never smiled. Took the drive k back, made a face, several minutes later returned with the HOT Version. We said thank you and pleasantly. The man stared coldly back. Never uttered a word. Time was exactly 12 noon on saturday Oct 2, 2021.

Stale doughnuts tasted like they were 2 days old. What's the point of a standalone store if you don't make doughnuts fresh daily. If they were made that day something is off in your receipt.

When we went to this place we were disappointed that it wasnt a DD store and when i had gotten a ice coffee and it tasted like rubbing alcohol. :( DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

This is just in the speedway gas station, not an actual DD store. Not fresh coffee when we visited. Staff friendly, though.
