Taco Bell

Absolutely ridiculous how we had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes behind two other cars who never even ordered themselves! Not to mention the inside was closed so we couldn’t order inside when we had already ordered in the app to pickup. Truly disappointed in the service or matter of fact lack of service we received at this Taco Bell. Improvements need to be made before I ever eat there or spend my money again. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went to Taco Bell today around1pm because I had not eaten there in a while but to my surprise the people were not friendly and they did not tell me you had to order your food from a computer that was near the counter. A customer had to tell me because He observed me waiting on someone to take my order, he said I just found out we have to do our order from here now. I said thank you and walked out. Because the people working there should have tod me they walk pass me and never said a word. I will not be going back

Went for dinner was met in the parking lot by staff that advised lobby is closed. Went to the drive thru only to be told the drive thru is closed. This is at 5:45pm. While trying to get out of the drivethru they are serving food out the window to a door dashers. Why are some served and not others and why tell someone to go to the drive thru when the whole store is closed.
