Convenient, fast, always friendly service. Burgers are always charbroiled good. Fries are not always the crispiest but they are hot and good. Nice selection of sides. Good value for the amount served. Shakes are the bomb! So many great flavors.

Last night around 1a.m when I was starving at work I had a colleague go to this cookout to buy me a burger...sadly the picture below shows why I will no longer be eating cookout. When I tried to call the store about it they told me to call the number on the cookout bag...terrible cookout. 0 stars for you

What I ate was hot but it didn't have much food in side it. Good corn dog. But STAFF should ASK If person wants Mustard. So NOT TO WASTE IT & EAT UP YOUR FOOD & SUPPLIES COST. BE BLESSED!! STAY SAFE!!

Always quick and friendly service, especially with the double drive-thru lines. They typically always get my order right, but usually miss one or two minor things (regular fries instead of cajun, forgetting the BBQ sauce).
Other than that though, I've always been pleased with the efficiency of the service.

Went after I got off work around midnight and ordered 2 Cajun fries and a cheese burger quesadilla... The quesadilla literally has almost nothing on it!

The young man yelled at me at the speaker and said he had my order correct and when I get to the window he tries to screw me out of my money and then messed up my order everytime, so I won't be going back no time soon. No one yells at me, when you all want $15 an hour to work fast food but can't even count change and get everything messed up. Get an educated man

Local southern joint that has burgers, Cajun fries, hot dogs, corn dogs, and other similar foods. 40 different shake flavs. Really good shakes. 5 of us and 2 shakes was under $30.

Usually cookout is really good but yesterday my granddaughter and I got a hot dog and a cheeseburger and they had so much ketchup and mustard on our sandwiches that you couldn't even taste the hamburger when I ordered I asked for a little bit of mustard I had more mustard than we had meat
