Been going here for years. Delicious food and the nicest staff ever!!!
I worked in Scranton for 5 years and Cara Mia's was a lunch staple. I've lived in a lot of places, traveled to many others, and have eaten a lot of sandwiches along the way, but nothing compares to Cara Mia's. The quality and selection are incredible, every single thing I've eaten there is cravable, and it is upsetting me that I don't have one of their sandwiches in front of me right now.
DELICIOUS • FRESH • GREAT STAFF Just a few words to sum up my experience, it was delicious! A Dunmore borough staple! I recommend! Quick service, all kinds of food soups hoagies and much more, you could eat in or take out!
Always delicious soups and sandwiches. Everything is made fresh in store. Highly recommend the chicken cheese steak with vodka sauce.
Ive been coming to this location for years just for their strawberry chicken salads, although they were out of strawberries, but they outdid themselves yet again by providing an large quantity of fruit (of my choice) mandarin oranges...yumm!!

Got the chicken cheese steak with vodka sauce, amazing. Plenty of room to sit and eat there, deli style ordering, so many choices. One of the best in the area, highly recommend
This place has some of the best sandwiches I have ever had, at Subway prices- just so much higher quality ingredients! The soups and salads- phenomenal. Service and cleanliness- stellar. The catering services are incredible, as well. It feels good to eat delicious, high quality food- but it feels even better to support local business. Who needs fast food when we have a Cara Mia's??!! We order at work from Cara Mia's at least twice a week. The Dunmorean cold sandwich is my personal fave, and the pasta fagiola. Never had a bad experience, and the staff is hard working, kind, and friendly. Cara (the owner) has worked very hard to maintain a great business, and it shows. She can be seen there daily, supporting her staff, and if you have not tried Cara Mia's yet- you are really missing out on some delicious food. Keep up the good work, Cara Mia's! We see you, and are right here cheering you on!
