Mcdonald's

This place is just amazing. I really like the manager Daniel, he always helps me when there's a problem. Daniel is polite, caring, he gave me his name without a fuss. Daniel even offered me a lifetime pass for the restaurant but they don't exist so he can't give it to me, so he offered to bus us a table. I had a good experience with him unlike some other customers. NO CAP!

I have been a customer here for awhile, and I just want to say the manager Jessica is absolutely stuck up, she acts like she is better than everybody. This is not only from me as a customer, but also from people that have worked there. I have seen her treat employees badly as I come through the drive through. This is not okay. She doesn't help employees during rush hours, but just sits there and complains that they are not fast enough. Jessica needs to be trained better and to value her employees more than she does. I have known many people that have quit, because she treats them so poorly. I do not believe she should hold the position of manager unless she is trained better, and is more considerate to others.

They are nice here and friendly. This is one of the better mcdonalds in the area. Recently renovated. Sometimes the line is all the way into the road during lunch and dinner. They aren't slow at all, it just gets busy during these times. Dining room is closed due to covid at the moment. I ordered a burger and they forgot to put the meat on it on it today, lol. 🤣 its no big deal, I just think it was funny. They were very nice about it and quickly gave me a replacement burger.

I ordered a Double quarter pounder with bacon and a large order of fries hot and fresh but when I got my order I didn't get any bacon and my fries were cold..I live about 5 mins from McDonald's my fries shouldn't have been cold that quick..I couldn't even eat them. I was to tired to drive back..Very Disappointed 😞
