I just wanna give a shout out to the manager Darius. He is an exceptional employee. The MOD Pizza company should be grateful to have a manager like him working for their team. He was very courteous and helpful the entire time. Not only was he managing, but working the fire stove, and running orders to cars. All while helping me with my problem. I hope he gets some much deserved recognition, and hopefully raise as well.

We ordered 2 large pizzas. On one we personalized it a bit by swapping the ground beef for extra sausage and mushrooms. Both were delicious and we enjoyed eating them.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
It was my first time at Mod Pizza and I would recommend them.

Well beyond my expectations! As far as "pizza joints" go, this place gets A+'s across the board. A mom & pop feel with a totally modern design. Fresh ingredients, food tastes delicious & it looks just as good when it comes out. You can stand & watch your pizza cook (kinda cool for the kids) or just relax while you wait. Clean location, great atmosphere, and the employees were helpful & welcoming. I'll definitely be back!

The food was yummy. We ordered 1 Maddy, 2 Mad Dogs, and 1 Jasper. It was so good we went back and ordered another Maddy and Jasper because it was so good. Staff was friendly and environment was clean. They also have a rewards program so I would recommend you sign up before you go to redeem your free no name cake. 😉

Wow. We were there on 1/29 at about 5:45pm and the crew was amazing. The guy cooking the pizza, the girl with the backwards hat cleaning, the bigger guy with black hair, all of them were Working. We were there for about 25 minutes and they never stopped working. Cleaning, prepping, greeting customers. A rare sight.
Pizza, as usual, was great.
My wife is in the hospitality industry and wishes her staff were as good as this crew was.

Sorry, but what is this? I understand that only wanted Mozzarella on my pizza but this is the second time I'm barely getting any cheese on the pizza. It might be helpful to have an option on Door Dash where you can request extra cheese.
Update: I recently ordered another pizza because I do enjoy their pizzas and this time it came out amazing!!! The cheese was definitely there! Truly appreciate it! 🙏

I would franchise if I could I believe so much!...my go to stop when I can't figure out what I'm in the mood for. After my first time when I was overwhelmed I have learned to order pies based on the flavor profile I'm looking for. Babe..you kinda feel like bbq... bbq sauce chicken beef.sloppy joes?BBQ beef green peppers n onion. Lasagna? Marinara.mozarella n ricotta.beef.peppers n onions. Minced Garlic oregano. Spicy meat? Spicy chicken with red sauce sausage jalapeños. My go to.. is white sauce ricotta n mozarella. Red onion. Beef. Mushroom.green pep and black olives.roasted garlic cloves and pesto on the side. LOVE #MODPIZZA (need one in Waldorf area!)

I've enjoyed other MOD pizza locations but seriously, these folks were great. Super friendly and fun loving staff, wish we could encounter establishments like this everywhere. Service was very fast, served hot, and delicious.
The number of ingredients to choose from is excellent and I really appreciate how many non meat options they have in addition to the traditional proteins. Salads great too. My son who usually thinks thin crust is too crispy says this place does it just right.
