This is high quality Japanese food that is reasonably priced for the quality of food. My daughter and I love this restaurant! We have tried several dishes multiple times and have never been disappointed. I saw one review that said they were pricey and I don't understand that. This was less expensive for us than eating at Outback or similar restaurant but higher quality. This is not an American style Japanese "Steakhouse" type of restaurant but I feel more authentic style of Japanese food.

We had a great visit. I ordered some sushi, my partner got a bowl of ramen, and my children got the fried rice. The server was very polite and made sure we got everything we needed in a timely manner. The food was delicious and came out quickly and was fresh.

4 of us ordered apps & special sushi rolls or noodles — very reasonable prices—everything was super fresh & delicious! Very helpful staff too. Highly recommend!

The lunch special is a really good price for the quality. As shown in the photo, the filling is generous. I got the salmon skin roll and the spicy yellowtail, the salmon skin was very good and not overly crispy like some I’ve had in the past. The spicy yellowtail was tasty but not very spicy, although the flavor of the spice was there.
I also got the sushi appetizer, the fish tasted very fresh! The squid (I assume, as they were all chef’s choice and not labeled) nigiri was honestly the best that I’ve ever had, very flavourful and the texture was great.

Always a yummy meal. The pork dumplings were very good and the sauce they come with is delicious. We also ordered and thoroughly enjoyed the Shrimp Habachi and several sushi rolls. 🍣 Give Fujiyama a try, you won't be disappointed.

What a great surprise, the Ramen bowl here was excellent! Had the beef bowl and the broth was great! Look forward to the pork bowl next time. Also had Tuna sushi and it too was great, the Tuna tasted very fresh! Will definitely come here again!
