Pizza Hut

We had not been to Pizza Hut since they moved to their new location. We had always enjoyed the salad bar, but they did away with it. That's what brought us there. You can get pizza anywhere. Tonight, we decided to go to Pizza Hut for dinner. Hardly anyone there. The waitress/cashier took our order. We ordered individual salads and chicken wings as an appetizer. We ordered pizza for our main course. After a short wait, I was given my salad. My husband was not. I notified the waitress, she apologized and brought my husband his salad. Shortly after that, she brought our pizza, placed it on the table and left. We weren't given any plates to eat off of. I called the waitress and asked for plates. I also asked for our order of chicken wings, which had been forgotten. They were eventually served while we were eating our pizza. The pizza was NOT what we remembered. Light on cheese and toppings, it was, at best, mediocre. We had gotten pizza from Crosby Mart a few evenings before that was loaded with cheese & pepperoni. It was so darn good and reasonably priced! There's no reason for us to ever go to Pizza Hut again. I see now why we were 1 of 3 tables there.

Order was messed up, didn't get a salad, the pizza didn't have our topping on it, onions on pizza was burnt, crust tasted old. Waitress was not nice and told me I was wrong. Didn't even get a cover for a 3 years old drink. Yes she gave us a new pizza and 25% off the bill, but still overall would not recommend

Upon entering the establishment we were greeted, seated and waited about 5 minutes for our waitress. When the waitress came over to ask us what drinks we would like we also placed our order for a family order of breadsticks and 2 large pizzas. 45 minutes later our breadsticks arrived...COLD. Because of our late breadsticks our pizzas sat in the back waiting for us to finish our sticks. When we got our pizzas, the order was...you guessed it, WRONG. The icing on the cake was the flying cockroach that just so happened to land on our table. After requesting to speak to the manager, she rudely brushed us off and sent the waitress 15 minutes later to give us the message that she was too busy to see us. On top of all of this the roof was leaking into the dining area, the tables were sticky, the place was just disgusting. The only bright side to the whole situation was our waitress whom was very accommodating.
