Crown Pizza & Wings

my first order from them was awesome and was fine buuuuuut in a update for 6/9/2022 for my 2nd order i ordered food this past monday and they forgot part of my order update 2: looks like they will be fixing it to make up for it so kudos to them much appreciated update 3 : they fixed it and gave me free sodas and they really are super nice peeps! much love to crown! much love to the ladies who work there!

Horrible customer service. Girl who answers phone is rude.Called after waiting over an hour for my food only for them to tell me it would probably be another 30 mins but they weren’t sure because its busy and food hasn’t left the store and is just sitting under a heater. Requested a refund that i still haven’t received. Will never order from there again.

Edit- I accidentally ordered from here a couple more times and I’m just gonna say I love their pizza it’s greasy and thin but so yummy, so I change my review. They were kind and redeemed themselves 2 star for overall whole experience. pizza was a mess so greasy and paper thin and cheese was all over the box I’m guessing from the driver. It tasted pretty good to me but the kids wouldn’t eat it, so that’s the only reason I give 2 stars was because I liked the taste. Wings were gross no one would even eat them. We also ordered a salad with grilled chicken and French dressing and they never added the chicken nor the French dressing. Finally my daughter answered the door the guy tells her $27. And she gives him $40 he was about to leave and not even give her change. I was in the shower so I had to yell ask him for change! Like seriously you don’t give the change now or even ask ? I’m truly so disappointed.

I would say this is just a typical pizza place but I'd rather go somewhere else. We ordered pupusas, a steak quesadilla, mozzarella sticks and a Greek salad. The Greek salad was alright besides not having dressing and a whole lot of seeded olives. The pupusas seemed to come from a frozen package. They were all very uniformed but just tasted beany I guess. The steak quesadilla was so much cheese it even swallowed the Tortilla. It was practically a greasy mess. Im glad I ordered the mozzarella sticks...they were the only thing I wanted to eat in the end and they were overcooked but yet the cheese was not melted at all.
