Big Boy's Pizza

I ordered the cheese steak sub combo, and a Caesar salad. The sub was a nice size sub and pretty tasty. The Caesar salad was more of a Greek salad. It had olives and onions, two things I really don't like the taste of. Sodas out the cooler were warm but not a big deal. Other then the onions and the longer then normal wait, I enjoyed it enough to try again.

I was a first time customer 2 days ago and I have to say I was very disappointed in the service and also the food. I ordered a "stuffed" crust pizza and a cheese steak quesadilla. They said it would only be about 30 to 45 minutes it took almost 2 hours. When I got my food it was cold like it had been sitting for an hour. Also their "stuffed" crust pizza is a scam. You pay them $4 extra to literally stretch the dough a little bit more and fold it over on the edges that's it! The cheese steak quesadilla was terrible and the customer service was bad as well everybody kept blaming everybody else the lady on the phone blamed the cooks and the driver blamed the lady on the phone. It would serve you well to read the reviews before you order here to save yourself the disappointment. I don't know where they got their five-star reviews. The only thing I can figure is they told a bunch of people they knew to give them five star ratings if you notice they're naming people by name so obviously they know them. All together it's horrible and have no idea how they stayed in business this long. It's all overpriced it is not worth your money at all. I paid $40 for a subpar "stuffed" crust pizza and a bland disgusting cheesesteak quesadilla. And I only live 4 minutes from the shop so almost 2 hours to get me my food is a mystery in itself.

Big Boyz has gone downhill & their prices up. I don’t know if they have new cooks or what but both cheesesteaks were tasteless no flavor with just a abig slab of whipped mayo, lettuce & ends of a tomato when ordered everything one no hots, they didn’t add onion & hots, the fries were tasteless cheap fries probably sitting under a warmer. Told 45 mins for delivery everything arrived cold and sodas were warm.

Saturday nite I got a cheese steak sub n onion rings delis, Sunday not got pepperoni pizza n fried chicken n hamburger subs n fries, the fries were hard fried chicken over cooked n dry, n hamburger subs roll was hard. I don't know if it was two different cooks from nite to nite, but when I pay good money I want it good. Sorry I was disappointed Sunday nite cause I told my family the cheese steak sub from Saturday nite was the best I ever had.

JOE is AMAZING!!! I normally order on the Slice app since it helps to promote Mom and Pop shops. I did that again today. The app gave Big Boyz the wrong address... sent Joe to my house instead of work. Not only was he sooo nice about something that wasn't even his fault, he fixed it... and fast! He made it to my work so fast that the food was still warm! I will be telling everyone here to order from Big Boyz and to ask for Joe!! I am sure everyone there is great, but he has made a fan!! Thank you Joe!! Oh and the strombolis are HUGE and delicious!!

Ordered pizza from here mid size with chicken , pineaple and feta , delivery time was usual - around 30 min, but when it arrives I open box and pizza looked like a mess, I feel like presentation is the big part when you order pizza. Plus boxed has some dirt on the side, like someone stepped on it or something. I was thinking that it would taste half way descent, but I was wrong there too. Over all waste of money, if I would ve know, I would ve order from good old psoa John's or elsewhere . would not recommend their pizza to anyone.

I’ve ordered online several times through their own website. Delivery is usually good—around 45 minutes. I pay online but I never save the credit card information for future use. There was one time 2 months ago when the amount I paid was increased without my approval. I contacted them on that right away. The reason given was that the online information was wrong at the time I ordered. I told them that they were responsible for making sure that the online information was accurate and that they were required to contact the customer if the amount approved needed to be changed. A month ago I ordered online again. This time I got a phone call letting me know that the ones I ordered came with an additional charge. I was told that they communicated the changes with whoever was in charge of their website and to make sure the necessary updates were implemented. I decided to keep my original order and accepted the increased charged. Yesterday I ordered online again and noticed that no updates were made on the ones I knew came with additional charges. I stayed away from those items and ordered the Gyro Platter and a side of onion rings. The gyro was a little on the salty side for me. The potato salad was different from what I usually eat. Not quite sure yet if I like it or not.
