Caddy Shack Express

So I called because there was hair in the pizza, then I open my platter plate to find the coleslaw in with the hot foods .. which it should be. I knew when Kim was there I never had this amount of problems and people should know that cold food esp coleslaw can spoil … so thanks for ruining my dinner !

Placed my order online through the slice app. Arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later to pick up my order, only to find that the restaurant never saw it. They printed out the order placed it on the counter and left it there. So when I went in the manager said "I'll make your food real quick, it's only two burgers". Shouldn't be long, right? 30 minutes later I finally get my food. When I get home the order is wrong. Both burgers are completely well done when I ask for medium, one was supposed to have tater tots, both had french fries. The wait time, the error of never making the food, the lack of courtesy of the staff everything overall seals that we will no longer be going to their business. No one at the register when you walk in to assist. No one answering the phone. But I was at least 5 women and 3 men "working". Even the restaurant side had customers come up to the counter because they had not seen a waitress for 20 minutes. Just absolute bad management. And they can't blame it on being busy. The 40 minutes I was there, 2 customers, also picking up carryout. That was it.

My family ordered 100$+ of food and none of it was good, my sister got gravy with her dry chicken sandwhich- gravy was clearly spoiled and sour (she didn’t know immediately cause she lost some of her taste from having Covid), we could smell it. Everything was cold, our pretzel was cold and uncooked, we got a Stromboli and a burger both were cold, we’re stared to “just come out of the oven”. Chicken was dry, pizza was bad enough that I barely ate 1 slice and I would normally eat atleast half a pizza, our appetizers were burnt on the top and cold on the bottom. Our server was only working there for 3 days, nothing against her. They their driver or server quit that day, I can see why. Clearly a mismanaged and not fit for anyone to eat it, we will never go back. (We had been going weekly for years before the newish owners took over, never had any issues before them). Once again do not go here under any circumstances, this place had a good reputation and it’s been ruined by everything I’ve stated above. We were there an hour or so before this review

While this place to eat doesn’t look like much on the outside, and it’s not overly fancy on the inside (and there’s nothing wrong with how the inside looks), the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable!!! My friends come here from time to time and are never disappointed. One friend got the Cobb salad, which is what he usually gets when he comes here. My other friend got the cheesesteak quesadilla which she enjoyed, and I got the chicken quesadilla, which was delicious. I love that the tortilla shell was very nicely toasted, not like a half-kind-of-toasted-tortilla that is on the softer-kind-of-side where you need a knife and fork to eat it. All of us got a to-go box because we didn’t finish our food. The menu has a nice selection of food too. This place is a little gem for a great bite to eat for a reasonable price. Our waitress was very good too and I apologize for not remembering her name. I like to give credit where credit is due to an employee who gives good service!

I was very disappointed my grilled chicken was as tough as shoe leather. A total waste of money. The 6 piece chix strips were mostly batter, had to look to see if there was any chix. The coleslaw was hot so was the applesauce. I've been ordering from them for a long time & this is the worst food I've ever gotten. Don't know if I will be ordering there ever again. You lost a good customer.
