Wendy's

We got there right before they apparently closed. Which online it said they closed at 10 not 8. The staff seemed to all be high as a Kite. Blaring hip hop music, standing around laughing & joking with each other. They kept repeating what others ordering 3 or 4 times while the music was blaring. The one lady who took the orders at first seemed high as a Kite or drunk. She was mumbling, forgetful, questioning stuff like she didn't even work there. She forgot to put someone else's sauce in their bag when they asked 4 times. So when we asked for ghost pepper ranch with our order & then after we got our order to go, we double checked & asked if there was Ghost pepper ranch in the bag & the lady looked all confused & look down at the sauces & quickly said oh there isn't any. Is there anything else you want? I went to say Buffalo & another worker came over & said they did in fact have some & it was right next to where the lady was looking. The one lady was super helpful & even offered us all the Ghost pepper ranch they had cause apparently they were just gonna throw it all out & that no one really orders it to begin with. She gave us a few handfuls of sauces in a bag. That is what truly saved our experience while stopping at this Wendy's

Drove out of my way to get a fast food dinner and to my surprise they were closed. This was on a Tuesday night around 10. On Google it said they were open till midnight. Considering Wendy's is a big fast food chain I would think they could have there hours updated on Google. Everyone looks at Google. ( your reading this now on Google LOL).

Customer service very poor. Went in and the was blasting music, so obviously the cashier got my order wrong, so when I tell her she gets an attitude and says I didn't tell her my modification. No apology just walked away and someone else had to bring me my remade sandwich. Has potential but definitely needs tightening up.

I've tried to stop for breakfast 3 or 4 times and they are never open. I've gone anywhere from 6 to 7am and they should be open according to Google. From reading the reviews, I guess I'm lucky that they never open because the experience wouldn't be a good one. How does this place still exist? Put something else there.
