Dunkin'

Very professional associate at the window. She was polite and let me know my food was coming soon. The drink delivery and food delivery to the window were excellent. It wasn't until I pulled away that I noticed the issue. I ordered a small caramel iced latte..I think they put too much emphasis on the ice 🥴 the small cup was filled almost to the lid with ice. I'd estimate that I only received about 5-6 ounces of latte. And the drink is $4. Please check out the pictures attached. I only live 5 minutes away, but I was finished with the drink by the time I reached my home. The egg whites were very tasty, but I'm dissatisfied with how much ice was in the latte. If you go here for an iced drink, ask for light ice.

Took around 20 mins to get my order and there was only one car ahead of me. I laughed when I finally got to the window and the cashier asked me what I ordered, I legitimately thought she was joking around with me. They were also out of every kind of bagel. (Most likely laziness or incompetence in my opinion) I honestly never give bad reviews but I have to on this experience. The Dunkin' in Duncan is flunkin'. 🤦‍♂️

Had to wait for order. The food was warm not hot. Ordered 2 sausage egg and cheese croissants. The cheeses was not even melted. 2 enployees were playing with what looked like a small ball, however when pulled up.to the window it was a napkin wadded up. Playing instead of working. Not work theory paid for the food. NOT impressed.
