Every time I go to this location, there is a long line. I order my food and sit for 10-20 minutes after almost every single time I go, which would be fine, except that they make the shakes when you order, so when I get to the window my shake is half melted, sweaty, and gross. I asked for ketchup with my order and was given a wad of packets that was covered in old ketchup that were all over my fries, so i won't be eating those. My order has been wrong more than once, the food is sub par, my shakes suck, the wait is intense. I understand short staffing, but if your not capable of running, send people home and put a note on the door or something, rather than make the staff and customer suffer. I've tried ordering inside, it takes just as long if not longer. If you don't get ice cream and theres a line, you will be skipped over and over until you give up and get in the other line.

Arrived about 12:30 on Saturday. There was 2 couples and a single in front of me. It took 20 minutes just to order a hamburger. The one lady taking orders was the produce manager and she didn't know what she was doing. Fortunately a young lady from the back saw that the line now extended out the door and she came and opened another register.
